eBooks

Eligibility for Returns:

  • eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • For technical issues or incorrect products, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds may be issued for duplicate purchases or defective files.
  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our customer service team.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue or process a refund if it's appropriate.

Physical Products

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Physical products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Contact us at hello@thefeelgoodfamily.com.au to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Ship the product back to us at the address provided with the RMA number marked on the package.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
